Biography

Eric is Chief Technology Officer, responsible for the technology strategy, systems, and infrastructure supporting the firm’s research, trading, risk management, and operations. Since joining as a quantitative developer, he has built the firm’s core technology platform from the ground up, spanning trading and market-data connectivity, proprietary risk and analytics systems, real-time monitoring, decision-support tools, and production infrastructure. He works closely with traders to translate investment and operational needs into clear technical plans and reliable production systems. Eric has also established the firm’s AI-assisted development environment and practices, enabling the team to use AI systematically to drive innovation, led by human judgement and creativity. He holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Duke University.
